Terrible customer service skills, their ads are literally blasphemy fill of lies, horrible people who use natural disaster as a gimmick to get people's money! Shame on you people !
I will NEVER buy another vehicle from this place! Bought a used car bring it home and it wouldn't heat up. Turns out there was NO coolant. Now my windsheild wipers won't turn on and they refuse to fix it! 250$ to fix. I made 2 payments! Everytime I call I get transfered to leave a message and NEVER get a call back! I called 5 times in a day and everytime the operator told me the person I needed to talk to wasn't there FOR 2 WEEKS!!!!! I had someone else call and sure enough they got right back to them. Now my 2007 impala that i paid 10,000 for doesn’t run! I gave them a bad review on Facebook and got blocked!
The receptionist and initial sales woman were nice and friendly. However, from there, the numbers guy wanted to run our credit right away and seemed kind of miffed that we just wanted to know the price. Then before knowing our full financial picture, automatically assumed we wouldn't get financing based on how much we owed on our current vehicle. We went down the road and bought a new Jeep instead.
I would put zero stars if I could. This place swindled my dad into coming in a second time to look at a vehicle he planned on buying. When he did come in the very next morning they said the car is being bought and without apology. Immediately started to talk about OTHER vehicles they had. The sales manager and Justin sold this car right out from under my dad. (If it wasn't already sold when they were showing it to him) They showed him a car for a great deal and then was going to try to get more money by offering a newer vehicle. This place is a joke and by no means professional .
Justin Husk was wonderful, really helpful and friendly. If you need a new car he is the best!
